LESSON DELIVERY UPDATE -19th March 2020

Given the closure of the schools, imminent “lock down”, that many of our clients have decided to voluntarily reduce social contact and that we have done everthing we can to maintain normality, we are regrettably no longer in no position to continue swimming lessons.

We are therefore suspending lessons with immediate effect and will aim to resume at the start of next term as normal.

However, we are in continuing contact with both our venues who are being extremely co-operative and supportive (for which we thank them) and we will do everything we can to return to normality as soon as possible.
The situation is of course very fluid and we will keep you all fully updated as matters evolve, so please keep an eye here on the website and on Facebook, where we will post information.

SECURING YOU PLACE FOR SUMMER TERM (W/C 25th April 2020)

We recognise that everyone is facing difficult circumstances, so in order to secure your place for next term, we are only asking for a holding deposit of £40 per pupil. The balance can be paid once normal service is resumed.
This can be paid by:
BACS: using the information on your booking form – please do not forget to put the pupils Membership number as the reference
Or:
Cheque in the post as normal – please check the payee name on your booking form and put the pupil’s name and membership number on the back
Please do not pay by credit card for the moment.

WEEKEND SWIMMING at HURST COLLEGE

You will all be familiar with the scheduling at Hurst College and know that we occasionally are obliged by the College to move Saturday morning classes to Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning.

PLEASE LOOK AT THE TIMETABLES BY CLICKING THE LINKS BELOW, TO CHECK YOUR LESSONS AND MAKE APPROPRIATE ARRANGEMENTS.
We will of course as a courtesy, prompt you by text or e-mail each week in advance of any re-scheduled days or times.
